Delete your Drowzy account

You can delete your Drowzy account and its associated data directly from the app at any time.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Drowzy app and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll down and tap “Delete Account”.
  4. Read the warning carefully, then type DELETE to confirm.
  5. Tap the Delete button to permanently delete your account.

What is deleted

  • Your Drowzy account and login credentials.
  • Your trip history and safety scores.
  • All app data associated with your account on our servers.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed through Apple or Google, and no partial refund is issued for the remaining period. To stop future charges, cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google account settings.
